I regret ever buying this product. After a year of use, it has only connected maybe 3 times. I had to replace 1 (before I knew they were junk) because it came defective. I bought an EEsee product because it claimed that it could be used with an SD card OR the cloud. I don’t want to pay for a cloud subscription service, I wanted to view my captured video from the SD card like I had been doing with my previous cameras. I had to reinstall the old cameras with the Eesee camera because at least those always connect. The location I want to view is a vacation home in another city. What good are direc
