I’m a very former customer of this excellent app. However after my purchase of the new iPhone 17 and possibly the new iOS update the app has become slow and whenever I try to detect the document it is saying clean the lens, when the lenses already very clean and the phone is brand-new. Please fix this auto Document detection issue as it takes a lot of time to detect corners of a page.

Calls from UAE to India are not working anymore we are not able to see any ringing on the other end. Still the same situation in July 24, please fix.

iPad version was deleted as the app was acting to smart to download files on iPad and consumed a large chunk of storage local storage. But when checked for offline storage on one drive app it hardly occupied space, where the files were hidden by one drive it was not showing in any option.

I have PAID and purchased for their earlier original Dj Professional app from same developer, then they introduced us to this New Dj app, and asked us to migrate to this app for Professional features, but when you actually install, its asking for Subscription fee? Why? I already paid a one time fee. The idea of migration comes from the developer because of the change in their Business model, from one time fee to Subscription base, which is so unethical. So customers do not delete the original app, if you have paid for it already. Their new app is just going to charge you for life for the same

Super fast customer response time and great service. However Only the document validation count on phone matching the cloud upload is still awaited. Also a better cloud sync is required to ensure file data backup is surely done.

Sometimes what is typed in subject line is not visible in Dark mode which is the system default. Please fix.

I purchased this app for reading because of its simplicity and reviews, however even on my iPad 5 mini 256gb, pdf pages take time to load when switching to the next page, the same pdf if opened in iBooks is 10 times faster. Selection of text does not work sometimes. Hoping the above two get fixed in the next version.

Every time I start excel it gets stuck to open the last file, and keeps circling and crashes there on ipad. Please fix. We don't need excel to automate and open the last file. Thanks

Good teaching, hence purchased additional 365 teachings, and those got disappeared from the phone on updation. Have been contacting the developer but no response. SO PAID FOR THE APP, BUT PRODUCT IS NOT BEING RESTORED BACK. NO RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPER DESPITE OF WRITING COUPLE OF EMAILS. Don't waste your money with additional teaching with this developer.

The news on the app is the one you can count on, and the current version has a great navigation features, however the full page advertising pops up 3 times in five minutes of reading which is a pain.

Still one of the most simple and easy to use app for managing expense on the app store, and the best thing it's backed up with g8 customer support. Programmers just need to add an indicator when it's performing the search, so we dont keep waiting.
