Very low class, cheap games full of nudity in a pathetic way. I am really shocked to the level of the app as it I went to a nudity market and parents have to take very good care of their kids and teens , certainly not recommended.

Talabat refuses to return money to its customers through the live chat, the emails, if you contact them for a refund that you are rightful to get, they reply( the case is closed we wish we could help you!!!) and then simply they put your eligible refund in their pockets, they break the Egyptian law for refunds in 15 days, and they were even not caring when informed that the Egyptian consumer protection authority will be informed. I highly recommend removing this app from your phones are they are changing their attitude … it is no longer the company that used to customer concerned they changed

The system used for this online service is so outdated and complicated. You wait several days for the delivery , then if you need to return an item it takes like minimum 3 weeks , after 5 days they send an email for a sticker to put on the shipment then they send to pick up the shipment one day after the sticker then in 4 days they approve the return then you wait another 9 days for another email where they will ask about your bank details in case you paid cash to give your refund. I made a purchase on 9/1/2023 till now on 3/2/2023 I didn't get my money back. I am shocked that this is an Adida

Seems the Zara team have decided that the App for Egypt is only to display the items , not for online shopping. For more than 3 months now whenever I check all items are finished , there is nothing in all sizes for sale.

I have been reading my bible through this application for years, great & easy to use & the audio is very good as well and can help those who can't read.

This is the second order to make within the same week & it never arrived, communication through the chat is very complicated & boring, you have to keep your phone online otherwise you start with a new agent once more plus you have to fill a chat request form again, it is really time wasting, if you can't afford to put a hotline to serve your clients don't make an application, it just shows you can't confront the people and reply promptly to their requests or complaints so you keep hiding behind the chat. Even when they call you from unannounced numbers the agents aren't well trained for call e

The application is always collapsing even if you update it, a lot of features are missing there.
