I’ve owned 4 Hyperboom speakers for about 3 years now and have found constant challenges with synching them through the app. They work most of the time, but more often than I’d like, the speakers don’t sync properly making songs super glitchy. Forcing me to reset everything, which is a pain. The other big miss for me is the ability to control the volume on individual speakers. I’m only able to sync the volume or turn all speakers up at the same time. I wish there would be an update for this, so I don’t have to walk around the apartment adjusting each speaker manually when I need to balance th

In general, this is a fantastic app/service. The trouble is the lack of support when a problem arises with an order. Especially as a + member, I found it extremely frustrating recently when a restaurant took out some of my order without informing me and wouldn’t answer the phone to discuss it. I expected to be able to speak to someone at Seamless to help me, but a number or live chat message was nowhere to be seen, so I just had to go without my meal. Not cool.
