This is a horrible app when you download it and login in it directs you to the website just like people complained about a year ago. They need to hire somebody who can actually do a decent app for them! There’s no excuse for a big company like SCE not being able to do an app like credit companies, banks and stores do it’s just crazy. It’s totally worthless. They’ve had problems with it for years and never try to fix it.

There is no way this app has a 4.8 star rating that’s crazy 95% of the reviews are people with lots of issues. I hate this app. It has all kinds of problems. I can’t log into it to make my payment. I have to make it over the phone, it’s horrible. No other app I have comes anywhere close to being this difficult. So the 4.8 star rating is obviously bogus and not true. This company and developer is totally dishonest. Most of the ratings are one star but yet it says 4.8 that’s laughable!
