Experience the convenience of managing your power with just a tap of our app. The MySCE app makes it easy to manage your SCE residential and business accounts - view your projected next bill amount and energy usage, download and pay your bill, make a payment arrangement, report an outage, check outage status by address, and more.
Note: This app supports SCE residential and business customers with up to 10 service addresses.
A new, simplified design makes it even easier to use app features:

I could have given it a 5 star because everything that I need to manage my sce account is simplified and is all in the app. I took 1 star out BECAUSE I can’t access it when im on vacation, like out of the country vacation. How can I manage my SCE if i can’t access it at my most convenient time?

So bad it should be illegal
This the worst app I currently have on my phone; I don’t understand how Apple would even accept something this bad:
- Logging in is a pain: the form doesn’t even match the website’s domain to Passwords so Autofill is broken and the SMS- and email-based 2FA is a huge time waster. Ever heard of Passkeys?
- The loading indicator spins forever so the website (yeah this app is another trashy web wrapper) never loads
It’s like the app is actively preventing you from paying them. Why make it a hard for customers to pay you? This makes zero sense.

Was able to use this app early in 2025 and ever since that one time you were able to successfully log in, it doesn’t work after that.
Fast forward to 2026, same issues. Keeps getting my “It looks like some technical issue, please try again after some time” message pops and can’t exit out of it. Useless app.

Your billing section is horrendous. The amount of times I have been kicked off my payment plan this past year due to your app is astronomical. No surprise this app is utter junk. It’s just the web page in an app.
But can you expect anything better from these crooks? They charge the most in the nation and can’t afford to pay for an actual app.

SCE has always been a good service with excellent customer support! I was grateful to find an app to support my paperless communications. But there’s too many upgrades!!! And every time I upgrade, FaceID no longer works. It’s so frustrating!!!!! Plus, this isn’t a social media app & the creators should stop trying to make it one! Electricity is a required utility, not a fun zone service.

2025 version is actually useful
Earlier versions of this app were completely worthless, you’ll notice most of the reviews that are so critical or also five and six years old. The current version is sort of kind of useless, but at least you can look up how much your bills gonna be and how much electricity you’re using if for some reason you don’t want to just wait till they send you the bill. Widgets don’t stay after logging off
The widgets don’t remain after you log off. You have to set it up each time and when you log off, poof it’s gone. The default ones remain. Please fix. The small square widgets are helpful if they remain on after logging off.
