Note: This app supports SCE residential and business customers with up to 10 service addresses. I could have given it a 5 star because everything that I need to manage my sce account is simplified and is all in the app. I took 1 star out BECAUSE I can’t access it when im on vacation, like out of the country vacation. How can I manage my SCE if i can’t access it at my most convenient time?

This the worst app I currently have on my phone; I don’t understand how Apple would even accept something this bad: - Logging in is a pain: the form doesn’t even match the website’s domain to Passwords so Autofill is broken and the SMS- and email-based 2FA is a huge time waster. Ever heard of Passkeys? - The loading indicator spins forever so the website (yeah this app is another trashy web wrapper) never loads It’s like the app is actively preventing you from paying them. Why make it a hard for customers to pay you? This makes zero sense. Even outside the app is terrible, trying to pay by

Was able to use this app early in 2025 and ever since that one time you were able to successfully log in, it doesn’t work after that. Fast forward to 2026, same issues. Your billing section is horrendous. The amount of times I have been kicked off my payment plan this past year due to your app is astronomical. No surprise this app is utter junk. It’s just the web page in an app. But can you expect anything better from these crooks? They charge the most in the nation and can’t afford to pay for an actual app. And I really wish they would quit trying to trick me into signing up for paperless billing. IT AINT GOING TO HAPPEN. Earlier versions of this app were completely worthless, you’ll notice most of the reviews that are so critical or also five and six years old. The current version is sort of kind of useless, but at least you can look up how much your bills gonna be and how much electricity you’re using if for some reason you don’t want to just wait till they send you the bill. The widgets don’t remain after you log off. You have to set it up each time and when you log off, poof it’s gone. The default ones remain. Please fix. The small square widgets are helpful if they remain on after logging off.
