I’ve been using TodayTix for a long time now and twice there have been screw ups where we didn’t get our tickets before the show. There is no way to contact them like this in fact it’s very very difficult to find anyway to contact them ever for any reason. And you cannot call them that is literally impossible. We went to a show at the Cosm in Los Angeles and it was a long drive and a lot of hassle to get there. When we arrived, we were told they did not even have an account with TodayTix, the show was sold out and there was no way we could get our seats. Impossible to contact anyone at TodayTi

This is one of the worst airline apps I’ve ever used!!!! Trying to add baggage to my ticket was ridiculous. It just kept sending me back to the previous page. The airline changed my flight and I was directed to a certain link, but that link never worked. I had to call Avianca which meant being on hold for 90 minutes. There is just no reason for an app to be this glitchy. I’m done with Avianca!
