I flew Avianca and asked to reward points go to United. The attendance confirmed and later it went to Avianca Lifemiles. When I requested to fix it, they pointed as my mistake and won’t fix their error.

I can’t even access the app because it won’t allow me to press the “continue” button to get to the next screen. I’ve already tried uninstalling and installing the app, problem persists.

Current version of the app has a big problem keeping my flights stored. Every time I add one of my flights it appears under My Trips for a while, but then suddenly disappears and I need to added again. It does not matter how many times I added it always delete it.

Rose at check in was awesome. We would like to see direct flights from Orlando to Medellin.

I’ve had quite a few issues regarding the last update. I’ve been traveling a lot and since the recent update my bookings haven’t been saved to the app. I’ve added my flights multiple times and once I close the app and reopen it I have to add the flight all over again. It’s not a huge issue but it takes time and it’s a little annoying. Just thought you should know about this so you can fix it. Thank you!

The airline is great. But the app has done this for a long time now: you need to screenshot your boarding pass as soon as you can, because the ability to view it again will go away. If you didn’t screenshot it and you can’t open the boarding pass anymore, you have almost no way of getting your boarding pass at the gate in a hurry. This has happened for a long time now. Not after the flight starts, but closer to one or two hours before the flight even starts, you can’t get to your boarding pass from the app anymore. I’ve never seen this from any other airline app.

The app worked really good in providing information.

Like most others you can plan your entire trip, booking check ins, preferences and such. We’ve never had a problem.

1. You can’t add/save traveler information. You need to add all the information every time. 2. If you use the app to book a flight, pay, complete, it disappears from the app. The app can’t find it. You might not even get a confirmation email, like me. You now have to memorize what your departure time was so when you get to the airport you can have them find your reservation. There seems to be some disconnect. It’s like when you book, it goes to a website in the app. And the website can’t communicate back to the app what just happened. So the app has no idea that you just booked a flight. Th

Avianca app is the best option for buy and check tickes. I really recommend using this app is so easy and convenient.

When I go to adjust my booking it only spins. After adding luggage, it doesn’t go to ‘pay’… FRUSTRATING

Booking and checking takes longer than any other travel app

This is the most frustrating airline app I’ve ever used. Realistically it’s not that horrible, but at the same time it was a lot harder to view necessary information than it should’ve been. I ended up just looking up my flight number on Google because the info was updated more frequently there than on the app.

The app (and website) shows my flight as confirmed, check in in 2 days, but trying to “manage booking” or seeing details got me a “reservation unconfirmed” error, call center.. and clicking to call show “page doesn’t exist”. Chatting take me to WhatsApp, a really bad BOT that’s not able to answer very simple questions (like it asking for my lifemiles number, me typing just the number as suggested, and it answering “I can’t understand your answer”. Finally I got a phone number, and the BOT sent me to WahtsApp…. Make no mistake, I’m back to Spirit or American.

5 Stars For a reason I’m really impressed with this app. I recommend it to everyone.

I used to fly strictly with another airline because of their customer service. I decided to try Avianca on my last flight to EL Salvador. I’m very pleased and will continue flying with Avianca. Excellent experience and customer service.

It’s a friendly app. Very easy to navégate through!!!

Just tried to book a flight. I had to enter in all personal data even though I was logged in and have an account. Then after going through the lengthy process they said they could not process payment. Never even asked for cc#. Then no recourse, no reservation number given, no chat option, or number to call. Just “try again later.”

It’s just the worst service you can get and even worst, they don’t have enough personnel or technology to attend their demand.

App was useful and easy to navigate

For some years now every time I try to purchase a ticket with the app it becomes a job there is always an issue. Almost always. I need to call customer service in order to complete the purchase. The same goes for their website. It almost seems like it’s on purpose. They do the same with adding After you purchase. You have to call customer service in order to get the correct price. If you just pay, you will pay a lot more money than if you call customer service. Shame on you, Avianca
