The airline is great. But the app has done this for a long time now: you need to screenshot your boarding pass as soon as you can, because the ability to view it again will go away. If you didn’t screenshot it and you can’t open the boarding pass anymore, you have almost no way of getting your boarding pass at the gate in a hurry. This has happened for a long time now. Not after the flight starts, but closer to one or two hours before the flight even starts, you can’t get to your boarding pass from the app anymore. I’ve never seen this from any other airline app.
