The app (and website) shows my flight as confirmed, check in in 2 days, but trying to “manage booking” or seeing details got me a “reservation unconfirmed” error, call center.. and clicking to call show “page doesn’t exist”. Chatting take me to WhatsApp, a really bad BOT that’s not able to answer very simple questions (like it asking for my lifemiles number, me typing just the number as suggested, and it answering “I can’t understand your answer”. Finally I got a phone number, and the BOT sent me to WahtsApp…. Make no mistake, I’m back to Spirit or American.
