This timecard app is not good. Almost every other time I clock out it will show me as clocked out at that time, then when I go to clock back in later or the next day it has me still clocked in. I read their FAQs and tried using their definitive clocking procedure with the exact same problems. Literally every other day our staff has to go into the computer and fix my time. I also don’t see a method to contact the software company within the app. I am very frustrated. The entire system could not be worse if demons devised it to cause life sucking torture and pain to your child and to bring strife into your house. Nothing is intuitive and get this. The system can’t even run on a macbook pro! You have to download Windows. Even if you have all the plugins it will not run any video or audio on mac OS. I am an IT guy and emulating Internet explorer in Safari doesn’t work either. This program is a leech from hell sucking the lifeblood from our people.
