Employees can view their pay history, tax documents, benefits summary, and other company information. They can also accept and object timecards, review schedules, request time off, submit expenses and much more.
Connect to solutions like Share & Perform, Learn & Grow and Giving & Volunteering via the app. Just sign in with your existing isolved People Cloud username and password to get started.
The isolved People Cloud app is available to all isolved customers and their employees.

Horrible
The amount of time I’ve lost at work just trying to punch in from my lunches on this slow app is beyond comprehension. I’m baffled that iSolved is even in business with this app. Recently they even removed the “quick punch” feature to make things even more complicated. This app is really just a link to an outdated website that is about as fast as dial up. If you want your employees to have seamless time keeping, look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this app has been consistently unreliable for timekeeping. Slow loading times often require employees to log in several minutes early just to clock in on time, and there are occasions when the app fails to load altogether. More concerning, the punch status is not always accurate—it may indicate that you’re clocked out, but attempting to clock in can actually register as clocking out instead. These errors create repeated payroll issues and require frequent intervention from HR to correct time entries. For a business timekeeping app, reliability is essential, and this app has not

This timecard app is not good. Almost every other time I clock out it will show me as clocked out at that time, then when I go to clock back in later or the next day it has me still clocked in. I read their FAQs and tried using their definitive clocking procedure with the exact same problems. Literally every other day our staff has to go into the computer and fix my time. I also don’t see a method to contact the software company within the app. I am very frustrated. I waste so much of my life and my companies time just waiting for this app to work. Im sitting here writing this review after trying and failing for the third time in a row to clock in. My coworker is on his 9th attempt. It’s 12:16, I’ve been trying to clock out since 12:03 to go to lunch. My time is just being wasted away by an app that I have to use.
Now it loves to glitch out and not let you log in as your trying to punch out so you can go home. Isolved is awful and wastes so much of my time

Heavy on the Glitch
This app glitches every day. I have not had a simple sign in experience once. It takes multiple force-quits and re-opening, re-signing in every time I need to punch and it’s slow to load at that. I’ve never dreaded the process of just clocking in before, it’s so great to start the day with immediate stress.

Internal clock not accurate
I’m pretty sure the internal clock for this app is off by 30 seconds. So when it turns 12:00 it takes about 30 more seconds for this app to turn 12:00. Meaning if you punch in the first 30 seconds of 12:00 it will be 11:59 and that is the most annoying thing ever.
For a time punching app this is highly disappointing.

Worst app you can get
I work at a small school with only about 100 people that work there. On any given week 20-60% of my coworkers can’t log in, can’t submit, or the app just won’t open. When it comes time to submit your time it almost never works correctly. I say almost because in the past year and a half it worked once. This must be a very cheap service because we have begged our higher ups to change but they have not and won’t give a reason.

We started using this service at a manufacturing facility where about 80% of the workers do not speak English. The account verification process has been a nightmare to set up for each worker. Insperity also does not offer any on-site service. They have no employees who can actually come to you and assist with the integration.

Worst app I have ever used, trying to log in to see if my W-2s came in. Log on to the website, click forget password, get a link to said reset password. Have to wait for a text which takes up to 19 minutes. After putting it through I get sent back to the log in screen. So I have to do it 4 more times to get anywhere. Finally after I get through that you tell me I don’t have account with isolved. How do you have my phone number saved if I don’t have an account? Like fix your app. It’s quite possibly the worst app I have ever encountered.

This app does nothing but give us employees headaches. It takes forever to login if it will allow you to login without restarting the app. It also says that if you did login, sometimes it doesn’t save your punch in time and overall is a major headache. Log In Probs
As others have said, the login page of this app is glitchy. It is just a ported of the browser app into an app, and so it says “Download On The App Store” at the bottom. I already did, bro! As a result, it doesn’t allow me to use FaceID or PassKeys to log in, I have to manually type in my email every time, because the email box for some reason defaults to “new user” so the autocomplete options are just “Hide my Email.” When I finally do log in, it prompts me to set up a pass key and an Authenticator app. Again, I actually already did, the app is just not set up to work like an app.

The constant verifications just to get into the app are so annoying. Constant issues with being able to open the punch in/out menu creating so many issues for me getting paid on time, unable to open half the drop down menus when putting in a punch request. This app is so unstable. Its lousey to be honest. It requires a double face id authentication, meaning you have to log in twice. There is no control over the notification settings. So expect MULTIPLE emails, notifications, and alerts PER each infraction. The geo location works occasioanlly. Lately you log in and just get a blank white screen. There is no instruction/tutorial on how to edit time punches, so be prepared to just click around and discover yourself. Not updated enough for the amount of bugs it has. I’d never select this app or software for my company.

The app has accessible functionality and allows you to utilize all the main features of the platform. From using the time clock, requesting time off, or even accessing your benefit enrollment information, you can do just about everything you'd need from the Employee Self-Service website. The only issue I have is the log-in screen. In order for the sign-in buttons to work the page needs to be perfectly fit onto the screen.
