Worst app I have ever used, trying to log in to see if my W-2s came in. Log on to the website, click forget password, get a link to said reset password. Have to wait for a text which takes up to 19 minutes. After putting it through I get sent back to the log in screen. So I have to do it 4 more times to get anywhere. Finally after I get through that you tell me I don’t have account with isolved. How do you have my phone number saved if I don’t have an account? Like fix your app. It’s quite possibly the worst app I have ever encountered.
