Big problems with recent changes
The most recent changes to the BA app and website since my last trip in February: 1. Unable to verify that my US Known Traveler ID has been input or to input it if it’s not there for a specific reservation. The recent changes only show passport numbers and have removed all references to Known Traveler IDs. Unlike with US carriers, it has also never been possible to permanently add this to my profile to eliminate the need to add it with every US originating flight. 2. Annoying notifications even when notifications are set to off
It’s annoying to be getting notifications for recommendations even when these are set to off, especially while traveling halfway around the world. Why in heaven’s name is it necessary to send me unwanted notifications to tell me it’s been a while since I controlled my appliances remotely, functions, that have never been useful to me. Don’t annoy me with unsolicited messages or advice.

Needs improvement
First, it’s simply silly that a CGM requires two separate apps to get complete data. Second, the device frequently “loses connection” with my brand new, fully charged iPhone, even when it’s only 1-2 feet away. Alerts need to be modifiable to allow them all to be shut off during sleep focus or at least a full night’s sleep. Six hours is ludicrously and unhealthily short; it’s truly annoying to be woken by unserious lost connection alerts or any other alerts during a deep sleep and need to have these shut off automatically without manual intervention every night. App no longer allows login
Whenever I try to log in, it gives me the following message: Set OTP Preferences To continue using our mobile app, please update your OTP (one-time password) preferences. When I click on Update, it takes me to the login page on the QR website. After logging in to my account, there is no place to set any OTP preferences. Returning to the app to try to login results in the same error message. It remains impossible to login to the mobile app.
