The app has some good features, but is also really frustrating. There are no real-time updates. Every time I want a status, especially with the charge level, I have to refresh the app. It doesn’t communicate with the vehicle until I do that, and then the refresh takes sometimes 30 seconds or more. Any other car app I have used refreshes constantly and the updates are real-time. Also, it has an option to lock or unlock the vehicle but doesn’t give me a vehicle status like our Ford app does. I want to look at the app and know if the vehicle is locked or unlocked but it doesn’t tell me that

The first problem is the Touch ID often doesn’t work. It works with all my other apps so either this app has a time out option that if you don’t log in pretty frequently you have to re-enter your password each time or it needs to be fixed so Touch ID always works. It takes a 1 minute transaction and turns it into a chore because I have to look up and manually enter my password each time. The app, like the website, is often down. PNC has made some improvements but they have a long way to go to compete with apps like Bank of America. Fix the login issues so at least people can get in and the
