Intensity for sound personalization does not save. Tried keeping it at 50% and it shoots back up to 100%. Don’t see anywhere to save my adjustment and it keeps going back to 100… EQ is a little lack luster compared to other headphones that are 50% less expensive. Was expecting a little more customization with the price of these headphones.

This service is very nice to use and a lot easier than calling places for reservations. Love using it! So far we have had no problems with the service. It appears the page to redeem your rewards is useless though... if you are going to have it only available on your website and through a specific link in an email, this page should be removed from the app. I also noticed that my dining rewards couldn’t be used on my reservations UNLESS I booked from the link that was sent to my email about my rewards.
