Got this app during a Black Friday sale in 2025 - while it’s a fantastic thought for watching commercial-less Hallmark movies/shows, it still needs much improvement. I have to sign back in once a week on the phone app. When I’m watching it on my phone, the rewind and fest forward arrows are awful and need recalibrated majorly. I get so annoyed when I can’t rewind or fast forward that I just shut the app and move onto something else. I work from home and typically have this app on while I’m working, so it’s very frustrating day in and day out. Also, more times than not, when I search in the sea

… I need to continue telling myself. Why oh why can we not delete shows/movies lol? This app needs a major overhaul. When we stream this app to our tv, oh my word don’t get me started. Anything that could go wrong 😑 does. I cannot FF through a recorded movie w/o the major hassle of the movie either starting over back to 0:00, or it shows no time at all and it’s stuck wherever I’m watching at in the movie/show. Ugghh very maddening! Please please, for all the $ y’all are making, give us a better app 🙏🏼
