Les escribo para hacerles una crítica constructiva sobre el rendimiento de la aplicación de control remoto para sus televisores (LG ThinQ). La uso para manejar mi TV desde el teléfono, pero la experiencia es muy mala y frustrante, hasta el punto de que no puedo usarla de forma fiable. Les detallo los problemas principales: 1. Lentitud extrema y constante: La aplicación es extremadamente lenta. Desde que la abro, todo el proceso de conectar y mostrar el control remoto tarda demasiado. Escribir texto en aplicaciones como YouTube es una tarea tediosa por la demora en el registro de las teclas. 2

La instalé para usar como control remoto de mi TV lastimosamente para encenderlo se demora una eternidad. He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y configurado de nuevo el TV pero sigue igual, en muchas ocasiones ni siquiera se activa la TV, como que no la reconoce. He instalado la aplicación en un IPhone al intentar añadir un dispositivo aparece el mensaje que se debe permitir los servicios de localización al querer dar ese permiso el mismo no existe se habilitó todo lo que puede necesitar pero el mensaje siga apareciendo.
