I am extremely disappointed with Konga’s service. I have been waiting for my refund for days, and up till now there has been no resolution, no update, and absolutely no sense of urgency from their team. Their customer service is slow, unresponsive, and not helpful in any way. It’s frustrating that a company of this size cannot handle something as simple as processing a refund or communicating clearly with its customers.

Avoid them if you love your life and your money.
I repeat, avoid Konga if you love your money and peace of mind.
They’re the biggest fraud ever. Best they’ll do, they’ll deliver you a fake/faulty or a totally wrong item, and even if you request for a return since you already paid for it (especially if it’s a costly item) it would take them over 4 Months and still won’t accept to retrieve that item(s) from you, you’ll call a million times a day, and keep getting the same response, “they’ll get back to you soon”.

Konga has the worst customer service ever… I bought a game trigger ( 2 shoulder buttons) to play CoDm and the sent me something different from what I ordered… I complained to the customer service and the sent me a mail that someone will come pick the item, since then till now 2 months now no one has come… this is the 3rd time now… I am deleting this app 😡… please Jumia is beta… don’t waist your time on konga.

Reverse my money
I paid for an item and I saw something different and better than what I paid for, so I cancelled it immediately and order for the higher one, I pay on delivery for the new item and for the past one month, I am unable to get my money back from the app, Not able to use it to get another item nor my money back. Terrible, don’t waste your time
Everything about this app is nonsense. I had to create three different accounts and they still weren’t able to verify my accounts. I thought I did something wrong but after the other accounts I made, I realized that the website is just built by people with poor computer app programming skills. There isn’t even a place to reach out to customer service on the app. Nothing at all. If you have a problem, there’s no one to talk to. What kind of service is that?? Don’t waste your time and download something else. This was a waste of my time.
