My experience with konga is beautiful. But I don’t know why I am seeing bad reviews about them when I’ve order close to 12 product and nothing bad happened I bought ps4, iPhone X, disk worth 60k and non was damaged They're probably good it’s just the seller of the particular product that is a scam.
