Konga has the worst customer service ever… I bought a game trigger ( 2 shoulder buttons) to play CoDm and the sent me something different from what I ordered… I complained to the customer service and the sent me a mail that someone will come pick the item, since then till now 2 months now no one has come… this is the 3rd time now… I am deleting this app 😡… please Jumia is beta… don’t waist your time on konga.
