Hey there surgeons! In this update, we’ve made a few minor changes to the game to make it less buggy, more stable, and much more reliable. - Updated screenshots - Recording and sharing video is no longer supported - the video program we used for this made a number of changes to their software that meant it wouldn’t work with our game, so rather than annoying you with bugs, we switched it off. - There was an Issue where a screen pop-up displayed when it shouldn't when you booted up the game. - We've added multiple languages support for those who want a crash-course on surgery in foreign countries. Bob is still called 'Bob' globally, though. - We now save your achievements locally so they don't go travelling without saying goodbye in case you're not logged in to Game Center. - The 'Time Lord' achievement is now a thing, in that it actually works. We had to use a sonic screwdriver to fix that one. - Fixed the laziness of some objects that were not moving as they should. - Herobrine added. - You no longer crash by restarting when you've stabbed yourself dizzy with the syringe. In other words, it no longer crashes if you try to cheat your way out of a tight spot. - Fixed other small bugs that only happened to you and you alone, so we won't list them here for all to see as that would be a waste of space and poor use of limited characters who are all too easily abused by those who write version summary updates these days, days which are definitely not as sunny as they should be and make way too many people depressed especially if they're given the job of writing version changes updates with the least possible use of space.

Francamente non si riesce a capire come utilizzare gli strumenti, è virtualmente impossibile avere precisione, i nuovi sistemi Apple store fanno si che anche se il gioco è clamorosamente fallato non si possa richiedere il rimborso e questo non solo è poco corretto ma sa di truffa. Non compratelo non si può giocare con un sistema di comandi come questo.

Il gioco in se risulta simpatico, il problema che mina in maniera disastrosa il titolo ed il relativo gameplay è il sistema di comandi, dopo pochi minuti inizia a risultare snervante. Ho pensato fosse solo una questione di abitudine, ma no, anche dopo varie sessioni di gioco, resta impossibile da padroneggiare. Collisioni assurde, strumenti chirurgici che si spostano ad una altezza sbagliata, ferendo il paziente e facendo perdere punti, strumenti che non si posizionano nel giusto luogo.. Insomma un vero disastro, peccato perché come già detto, l'idea era molto simpatica.

Gioco divertentissimo. Soldi ben spesi. Consiglio ad occhi chiusi. Ecco i tre cardini della mia recensione. All'inizio il sistema di controllo sembra quasi impossibile ma via via si acquista una discreta manualità. Gli dó 5 stelle ed una A++ (voto massimo per un'operazione all'interno del gioco). I soldi meglio spesi per un app!!
Non potendo comprarlo su pc, l'ho provato su iPad, il risultato: INCREDIBILE ed INNOVATIVO. Il problema è che voglio nuovi livelli, un po' più lunghi; in merito al controllo degli strumenti ottimo lavoro, non ho trovato difficoltà dopo aver imparato e fatto pratica nello studio... (Aggiungete un'opzione per rifare il tutorial e per cambiare la firma)
