Hey there surgeons! In this update, we’ve made a few minor changes to the game to make it less buggy, more stable, and much more reliable. - Updated screenshots - Recording and sharing video is no longer supported - the video program we used for this made a number of changes to their software that meant it wouldn’t work with our game, so rather than annoying you with bugs, we switched it off. - There was an Issue where a screen pop-up displayed when it shouldn't when you booted up the game. - We've added multiple languages support for those who want a crash-course on surgery in foreign countries. Bob is still called 'Bob' globally, though. - We now save your achievements locally so they don't go travelling without saying goodbye in case you're not logged in to Game Center. - The 'Time Lord' achievement is now a thing, in that it actually works. We had to use a sonic screwdriver to fix that one. - Fixed the laziness of some objects that were not moving as they should. - Herobrine added. - You no longer crash by restarting when you've stabbed yourself dizzy with the syringe. In other words, it no longer crashes if you try to cheat your way out of a tight spot. - Fixed other small bugs that only happened to you and you alone, so we won't list them here for all to see as that would be a waste of space and poor use of limited characters who are all too easily abused by those who write version summary updates these days, days which are definitely not as sunny as they should be and make way too many people depressed especially if they're given the job of writing version changes updates with the least possible use of space.

Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten das richtig zu machen.. extrem tragisch das ihr euch für die absolut schlechteste Möglichkeit entschieden habt… so ist das Spiel nicht einmal ansatzweise so schön oder lustig wie in der richtigen Version.. einfach nur enttäuscht

Die Steuerung ist kompletter Müll das Geld kann man sich gut sparen und für Realismus ist man mit diesem Spiel auch falsch. Außerdem kommt man halt nichtmal bei der ersten Mission weiter weil es eine sehr lange Liste an Bugs gibt. Das Geld definitiv nicht wert.

Also ich verstehe die Steuerung kein Stück! Ich hatte das Spiel damals auf dem Nintendo ds, das war super. Aber hier schaffe ich nichtmal annähernd das erste Level. Vielleicht bin ich ja zu blöd und es kann mir jemand helfen. Aber so habe ich die 5,- in den Sand gesetzt.

Das Spiel hat mich sehr interessiert, jedoch muss ich sagen, die Steuerung ist unmöglich, kompliziert. Schade. Hätte man auch viel leichter machen können. Deshalb bekommt das Spiel von mir keinen einzigen Stern. Schade. 0,99€ sind zwar nicht so viel. Aber ärgerlich ist das trotzdem.

Ich finde diesen Simulator wirklich nicht gut, die Steuerung macht einen Wahnsinnig und wenn man dann sein Geld zurück möchte kann niemand vom Apple Support helfen, weil " er die entsprechenden Bedingungen nicht erfüllt". Bitte überlegt euch genau ob ihr diese App zieht das Geld ist und bleibt vom Entwickler eingezogen!

Gut,aber das Spiel bleibt so lange deinstalliert,bis ein Update kommt was mich umhaut.Zum Beispiel eine Gehirn Operation,andere Charaktere zum operieren,viel mehr Level,bessere Grafik,mehr Werkzeuge,oder was euch sonstiges einfällt.Gegen die Steuerung hab ich nichts,an die gewöhnt man sich langsam...sonst tolles Game!

Wenn man erstmal die Steuerung beherrscht, kann man die die Operationen sehr oft erfolgreich durchführen. Da es aber nicht das Pc Spiel ist kann man nicht mit seiner Hand agieren sonder muss das mit seinen eigenen Händen machen. Destotrotz lohnt es sich dieses Spiel runterzuladen wenn man nicht mehr Geld für die Pc Fassung ausgeben will. Gut ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ich habe auf verschiedenen Systemen bisher einige hundert Games gespielt, aber so eine katastrophale Steuerung ist mir noch nie untergekommen! Das Spielprinzip ist cool, aber die Steuerung macht den Titel praktisch unspielbar!

Kennt ihr das gefühl wenn eure hand eingeschlafen ist und ihr sie kaum noch bewegen könnt so ungefähr ist das spiel. Das Aufheben von Objekten ist mit der Bewegung der X/Y verknüpft was es unmöglich macht Instrumente koordiniert aufzuheben ohne naheliegende Objekte umzustoßen oder ständig den Boden (den Tisch) oder den Patientin zu streifen/ zu verletzen. Die höhen/tiefen Dimension ist komplett dem Zufall überlassen. Die einzige herausforderung in dem Spiel ist zufällig in die richtige Position zu kommen. Die aktuellen Spielphysik ist nicht mal Dr.Biber Niveau sondern erinnert eher an das spie
