Very Good app! I recommend it to everyone . It has the exact time that it’s going to be. However it doesn’t let me buy tickets from the app I have to go to m.ticket and buy it there beacause everytime if I try to buy a ticket from Trafi it’s says that I cant because something isn’t working even at home so it’s not a WiFi issue but it’s ok u can like Bluetooth idk your m.ticket tickets to your Trafi so everything is good 👍🏻 but just wondering why is it not letting me ?

This app is easy to use specially for foreigners. You can plan your route anytime. The downside is you cannot buy both the 30mins and 1hr ticket in one time so needs to buy them separately everytime and the minimum purchase is 5€.

Hey, for a while me and few friends recognised that we have same issue with the app. All the time when I open it, my location appears in Vilnius(I’m from Kaunas), and I have to tap few times locating button, to get back to Kaunas location. Would be nice from you to fix this bug. And last two schedule updates went not that smooth. Because on all the pages were I can find schedules it shows different times. And yours wasn’t the right ones.

Never had an issue with the app, tickets or payments. While buses are indeed late and schedules are not respected (especially during rush hours), this is a problem of the transport authority in Vilnius not something the developers could impact. There’s a huge list of features I could share that would benefit users, I’m sure that dev team is also aware and waiting funding/ resources allocation!

first, the update that happened a year ago was so bad. i mean it used to show estimated time while also inputting the travel time to the closest stop, but now it just shows when the bus departs and when youre used to the old system it still messes up to this day. also recently checking the app early for busses is just not viable anymore, because the app is constantly lying and gettinf the times right, i cannot plan ANYTHING. even checking 10 minutes in advance and the app gets the bus times wrong. it shows me theres a bus in 5 mins and that ends up being wrong. then i go to the stop to catch a

I can’t add my Swedbank card - your app is not working with 3d secure. But all cards are working with 3d secure nowadays and your app did work with my card until recently. It just had removed my card from my account and refuses to add it. I spoke to your support but those guys are useless. As well as your app now. This is blocker issue, you need to fix it asap.

Can you try to make it possible to multiple short trips (30 min & 60 min together to make the 5 euro minimum purchase? It used to be possible before your update.

I’m using Trafi quite rarely (1-2 a week, sometimes less) and almost half of those times are always stressful and irritating as app decide not to active my ticket even though I have it in my virtual wallet (always some kind of the trouble pops out). The last time I tried to active my ticket for 20+ times, I even reached my bus stop. I’m lucky kid I still did not catch inspection. It’s definitely unreliable app. Always have some euros just in case…

Such apps should be more reliable. I started my trip and only then I noticed that cant activate my tickets, few moments after all my tickets disappeared and the app still wasn't working. I saw yesterdays payment but no tickets were available to activate. And I didn’t have a cash to buy a ticket in a bus so I have to borrow.. nice design but I rather use the previous version ! the most important thing for a user that app works properly and it is handy to use. Hi! Nice app, no complaints. Out of two available apps with Vilnius tickets, it is the best and only one that can be switched to English. But why did you put it only to Lithuanian appstore? Even M.Ticket is available world wide, though it is in LT language only, and Trafi, which is the obvious choice for tourists and expats, is hidden in LT store. :((

Such apps should be more reliable. I started my trip and only then I noticed that I cant activate my tickets, few moments after all my tickets disappeared and the app still wasn’t working. Upd: the moment I exited the bus the app started working again and my tickets reappeared.

I was a fan of this app for the last 5 years though recently constant issues indicating string errors when the app is being opened happens. This is something that you could not justify for the ticket man when he/she is on board. Switched to alternative app undortunately at least for backing up purposes. Cant trust the app.

It used to work really well, but now there are issues of disappearing tickets, not being able to buy/activate tickets at least few times a month. Not nice to risk getting a fine when that happens when you’re already on the bus

Used this app to buy bus tickets because it was quick and convenient, but now you have to order a minimum of 5€ worth of tickets. So now its easier to ride without a ticket. Horrible change... Normally this isn't a big issue, but because the app sometimes randomly deleted all your tickets it is much easier to just ride without a ticket and risk a fine, because in the end it will be cheaper than losing all your bought bus tickets.

Convenient app but it would be even better if there was a possibility to receive a notification when a monthly ticket is about to expire. A lot of us are living busy lifestyles and it is not possible to remember when the monthly ticket will expire! Notifications can be annoying but this one would save many of us from riding with an expired monthly bus pass and be cought by the ticket man 😬 Be there for us when we need you Trafi! :)

Now it is impossible to select stations nearby, the app does not track your precise location anymore. It was the most useful feature, now you must know the exact stations yourself and type them into the search bar. Very bad

Interface is really solid, but other things could be better. A few times already next bus was not shown as possible but it was actually driving right after the bus I was in. I realise that this depends a lot on available data, but maybe there could be an optional “dangerous” mode which could include these. When you’re on a bus and you’re checking upcoming stops, the times you’re going to arrive at should be highlighted or marked. Also BATTERY USE. Drains like crazy. Very important, since busses (and stops) don’t have a charge spot.

Great mobile app, but what would be even better is to get the app on my wrist. At least selecting and displaying an active ticket so there is no need to reach out to my pocket to get my phone out when needed! Will be looking forward for the app. Keep up with that you are doing!;)

Everything was fine until couple of weeks ago. The app started not to turn on unless wifi or internet is on. It works without internet connection one time after using the app with it. So i have to constantly open the app when I’m connected to wifi in order so it would be possible to use it without connection, otherwise it won’t turn on. Also sometimes not the best traveling suggestions when not connected to the internet. Everything else is good tho

It is well designed, efficient and useful. I truly love it! It is easy to use, quick to find needed info. Still plenty of room to improve, but it is good enough as a start. Good luck!
