Never had an issue with the app, tickets or payments. While buses are indeed late and schedules are not respected (especially during rush hours), this is a problem of the transport authority in Vilnius not something the developers could impact. There’s a huge list of features I could share that would benefit users, I’m sure that dev team is also aware and waiting funding/ resources allocation!
