Assign Shops and Enter Surveys on the go! The free Secret Shopper® App provides our registered shoppers with the flexibility and convenience to work from their Phone or Tablet.
With this app you can:
1. View and schedule available shops.
2. Review Shop Instructions.
3. Get driving directions and turn-by-turn navigation to the shop location.
4. Take and upload digital images to shop reports using your Smart Phone’s camera.
5. Submit your surveys on your phone or desktop, seamless syncing.
6. Search and signup for shops based on your location.

Contradicting Company Policy
Actual Rating Is A ZERO!!!
As a secret shopper it’s my job to find client’s employees who aren’t following company policies and not doing their job. Per client briefing. This one shop I did the clients employee “refused to give any information to complete my shop. As to what I stated in the shop survey! My shop was canceled and my secret shopper account was closed for no reason!!
I’m still awaiting my paychecks!!!!

This app can be better since it has nice features. A map feature can help to discover the shops and available places. Also some shops can also be done at random without having an appointment. “Walk ins” are the best since it looks more natural than setting up appointments.
I have booked various shops and I don’t get response quickly enough to follow the shop. And my request gets cancelled. The app has some small problems but I believe it can be fixed. My complaint is the lack of support from the secret shop team.

When I got this I was thinking that I was gonna be going into stores and being a secret shopper so I got everything filled out and a lot of the questions were really weird like why are you asking me these questions that have nothing to do with the job after I got all set up I was hoping to start secret shopping but the only thing there is is a waitlist for dept relief and that’s the only thing and I zoomed out on the app and halfway across the country there is 1 location and it is also dept relief so I’m pretty sure this is just a big ol scam

I have been doing secret shops with this app for going on three months now. The only issue I have is sometimes the feedback takes quite a while. For example, I currently have three shops that have been sitting for almost a month with no feedback given to me. And there is a bit of confusion on the pay dates. On the app it says that they will submit payment on the 20th, but you don’t receive it until the 30th of the following month. In my opinion, it shouldn’t take 10 days from the time they submit the payment til it gets to your bank account. other than that, the app is great and it’s a great w

I’ve completed 20 shops and love doing this as a side hustle. It’s fun and exposes me to businesses or restaurants i sometimes haven’t been to before. Some are paid, some are reimbursement only and some are a combination. It’s best to check the app frequently to not miss out on shops - especially in populated areas with a lot of secret shoppers.

Shady no secret shopper!
I had a truly frustrating experience with the shady app Secret Shopper. After weeks of completing assignments, I finally reached my incentive goal of five tasks, only to have my account abruptly closed without any warning. It felt deliberate, as if they didn’t want me to benefit from my hard work.
To make matters worse, I’m still waiting for a check that was supposedly issued two months ago. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email, but my messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

I have performed occasional work for this company for over ten years. I requested a visit near my home. Minutes later, I was assigned a visit I did not request, over 700 miles away and in a different state. I wrote the company and clarified the city/state I had requested. I was told it was no longer available, so they had picked a different location for me to visit. I found this app from a tik Tok review for side hustles. And thought I would give it a try and I absolutely am having the best time with it. I love the variety of companies and scenarios involved. This is good for some extra money and has also helped with learning to control my anxiety , and forced me to leave my house and be accountable. It’s also pretty cool to try things I may not of ever been exposed to otherwise.

Once I discovered Secret Shopper, my world changed!! I enjoy the fun little shops that is needed, it gives me something else to do but what is different is that I get paid to do this!!!
