Actual Rating Is A ZERO!!! As a secret shopper it’s my job to find client’s employees who aren’t following company policies and not doing their job. Per client briefing. This one shop I did the clients employee “refused to give any information to complete my shop. As to what I stated in the shop survey! My shop was canceled and my secret shopper account was closed for no reason!! I’m still awaiting my paychecks!!!! Avoid this secret shopper company!!!!!
