I want to evaluate the app itself and not so much the secret shopping aspect which I love but I must say the app is done very well. I have had a great experience using the app. It saves your progress which I find to be a huge plus. It allows you to submit information remotely so you can do a shop and go right to the app while it is still fresh in your mind. Good job on the app developers.
