와이파이가 없는 상황에서 태블릿으로 영화를 시청하고자 영화를 구매했습니다. 와이파이가 없는 상황에선 앱이 실행 되지 않습니다. 다운로드된 영상도 자꾸 오류가 발생합니다. 자막이 지원되지 않습니다(오류로 인하여). 이를 고객지원팀에게 연락했을 때도 무의미한 답변만 반복되었습니다. 충분히 다룰 수 있는 큰 문제가 아닌 것 같은데 방치하니 답답합니다.

영화를 오프라인으로 보기 위해 다운받아도 오프라인 때 재생이 안되는 경우가 많고, 한국어 자막을 설정하여도 자막이 아예 나오질 않습니다. 그리고 여러나라의 더빙이 들어간 영화의 경우 오디오를 어느 나라걸로 들을걸지 설정하는 것도 안나오네요.

구매한 영화 다운로드 오류
구매한 영화를 다운로드 하려고 하면 에러가 발생합니다. 구글 고객센터에 문의했지만 앱삭제후 설치 등등 이것저것 다양한 내용을 주문하고, 메일을 수회 주고 받았는데 달랑 구글앱의 문제가 아니니 제조사에 문의하라네요. 문의할수 있도록 관련된 기술적인 내용을 제공해달라고 했더니 제가 보낸 에러메시지를 그대로 복사붙여넣기해서 회신합니다. “구글이 제조사의 문제랍니다.” 이렇게 애플에 문의할수 있을까요? 고객 응대 방식이 여러가지로 매우 실망스럽습니다.

대체 왜…
잘 사용하던 플레이무비 앱을 갑자기 바꾼 이유가 대체 뭔가요. 스마트 TV나 다른 OTT 사용이 목적이었다면 새로 앱을 만드는 게 더 낫지 않았나.. 굳이 좋지도 않은 업데이트로 원성을 사는 이유가..? 화면 구성부터 사용까지 뭐하나 제대로 되는게 없고, 아이패드에서는 심지어 화면이 잘리는데 화면 크기도 변경할 수 없네요. 아이폰 재생시와 아이패드 재생시 화면 비교해보니 어이가 없어서 리뷰남깁니다. 화면 확대해서 잘라놓은 것 마냥 중앙부만 나와요. 레터박스 생기는 건 이해하니 화면 전체 구성이나 잘리지 않게 해주세요. 유튜브로 보는 방법도 있다고 해서 유튜브로 재생해보니 아예 재생 안되는 컨텐츠도 다수던데.. 컨텐츠는 컨텐츠대로 팔아먹고 사용환경은 망쳐놓고 뭐하는 건지 모르겠네요.
