Where is my payout?!?!?
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I am so upset with this app, and hope that someone from Richie Games sees this as my numerous emails have been ignored. Back in March, I cashed out $125. It is now June and I still haven’t received anything! No one will give me a status report. Is this a lost cause?

I’ve cashed out back on April 15th 2026 and im still waiting. No response from support team as of today may 15,2026. Made the $50 just to wait a month or god only knows how long…. I’ll update once I actually get the money I’ve earned.
Update:may 22,2026 still no pay,want and still no response from the notice to email them for assistance. So far it’s Loki g to be scam. I have been patient and calm about it all for this long. Either Richie pays up or they won’t have an app to get paid from.

Rated 5 stars hoping other people will see the review and save their time. They don’t seem to be able to pay out what they owe and they can’t be bothered to respond to people who are trying to reach out. I am owed $450 in rewards that they have not paid out and I have emailed many times w no response. That’s a lot of money bc I spent a lot of time (and some of my own money…)

I’ve been waiting two months for my payout to transfer to PayPal so this app is full of false promises. After my first payout the rewards jumped to over $100 minimum and that took a long time to earn and now I can’t event cash it out. No response from the team.

Don’t waste your time. Even when you think you’ve earned a reward you can finally cash out, you can’t. They say to wait five business days (which is ridiculous for a PayPal transfer), and I’m on week 4 of my “wait” with no response to any message I’ve sent to customer support.

After getting enough to cash out processed my redemption. A week went by nothing no Change finally emailed them no response multiple emails later still nothing. Randomly tried to do another redemption because it was there and says needs to re verify checks my location and says I’m not where I am. Chat bubble pop up they say I am in Ireland or using a vpn via email later on there is no live chat. There is not a vpn installed on this device or any of mine and I tried different Wi-Fi and different cell providers to do this they have not fixed it and owe my account has about $100 to redeem totals

I downloaded this app after reading the reviews and honestly I think they are bogus. In order to get your first payout you have to make 10 in app purchases. Then after that you have to collect enough coins to cash out $100. I finally reached $100 and it’s been 3 weeks and still no reward. Wrote an email a week ago and no response. Half the time you aren’t even rewarded your points and have to fight to be rewarded, then when you do finally cash out you are completely ignored. Don’t waste your time! Update: when they do finally contact you back they will attempt to say you committed fraudulent transactions or activity and are therefore not getting your payment. 😂

I have used this app for a little while now and have cashed out twice in the past few months. That cashing out was not easy to come by. I had to reach out to them that’s I was credited for reaching levels. I always spend some money in the apps but again it was never acknowledged. I would always reach out to them and they would always respond quickly but I don’t feel I should have had to do that so many times. I could understand once or twice, but not all the time. I even was told sometimes the game doesn’t always acknowledge the app and that I wouldn’t receive any credit but I was more

I was enjoying this app. I picked one game I enjoyed, and supposedly earned over $20, reaching levels. I was looking forward to cashing out, and writing a positive review. They give you enough time to reach levels. However you can’t cash out until you “earn” $50. Then I noticed you ALSO can’t cash out until you spend money in the game! The reason given for this is that they are trying to weed out bots. Which is ridiculous. There are all linds of other ways to do this! Wasted time. Deleting this app, scaly
