After getting enough to cash out processed my redemption. A week went by nothing no Change finally emailed them no response multiple emails later still nothing. Randomly tried to do another redemption because it was there and says needs to re verify checks my location and says I’m not where I am. Chat bubble pop up they say I am in Ireland or using a vpn via email later on there is no live chat. There is not a vpn installed on this device or any of mine and I tried different Wi-Fi and different cell providers to do this they have not fixed it and owe my account has about $100 to redeem totals
