Gross ads
I loved this game. My daughter climbs and I play this and think of her. I’ve come a long way and having to undo the knots is a great puzzle. But as of these past three weeks (Oct/Nov 2025) there’s been an awfully sexually suggestive ad for a solitaire game complete with distastefully exploitive pictures of young lady’s, with explicit narratives written across them. I’ve reported that ad almost fifty times and sent screen shots in an email to the FOMO help desk and privacy policy support. They can’t seem to stop them. Ugh love and hate this game
I downloaded this game because I love this type of game but every single one I download has a timer. I downloaded this specific game because all the ads said NO TIMERS, there are timers. Timers stress me out so much. I don’t mind the games that keep track of how long it takes for you to complete it and gives you a bonus for completing in a specific time but this timer is horrible for neurodivergent people with processing issues, but the game itself is perfect for neurodivergence. Thinking seriously about deleting this game because it stresses me out too much. It’s not worth it.

Great until you have to pay every level
I’d loved loved this game until I didn’t. Got all the way up to like level 470 and all of a sudden no matter how hard it was the time reduced to 30 seconds. There is just no way anyone would be able to untie these ropes in 30 seconds ! Up until that point they had an option to watch a video and you could skip the level or gain 30 seconds well they took that option away as well so they reduced your time down to a minimal time and then took away any other way to complete the level other than to pay. I wasn’t paying for this game until I was over 670st level or so. I was getting a chance to pay with game coins or watch an ad, if I would run out of time. I didn’t mind to watch the annoying add, but then I thought to myself, it would be nice to pay for the game and have to watch less ads. I made the mistake of paying for the game, now I don’t have the option to watch the ad to get more time AND I have to pay with game coins for buying more time. 2000 coins a pop. I watched all their stupid adds up until level 655. After that I was enjoying this game so much I decided to purchase the no add feature. Before you could pay for additional time or you could watch an add for additional time. That add option was taken away at purchase. Now I can’t afford to play because it is almost impossible to complete a level without additional time and additional time is 2000 credits. I really enjoyed the game but will no longer be playing.

I thought the game hade a great idea ya know like rock climbing indoors lol I enjoyed almost every level I played. Then the game started freezing up like choppy and get stuck for a while. The ads you have to watch are longer than 30 seconds
This game would be so much more fun if you only let the ads run for 30 seconds I don’t mind watching an ad. I can’t stand to play this game longer than 30 minutes or so before I have to get out of it because I’m so sick of the ads on the hard level, you cannot complete the taskwithin the time allotted. I get it that you’re making money off. The ads are making money when people buy coins or whatever but that’s ridiculous. It’s too bad. There are so many more fun games out there that I found and I’ll probably delete this at some point.

Revised review: despite not answering, the developers did fix the issue with giving time instead of axes; the game now shows the one you’ll get (it alternates from week to week). I had fun at first and when you ran into a tangle that needed more time they gave you 30 seconds for watching a commercial. Then when I accumulated more levels and 6 thousand coins, they made you pay for 30 seconds for 2, 000 coins which makes that money run out and then guess what you have to buy more coins and time. So many glitches
I enjoy this game when it works. But it’s become impossible to play. Between being timed and getting glitched, I can only play one level before I’m skunked and end up quitting. I manage to get maybe two climbers free, and then it freezes in place and I can’t get anything to move, or it moves to a wrong place that I didn’t even touch. VERY frustrating, especially when being timed. I’d also like to see an untimed version of the game that could be played with zero pressure from a clock.

Sometimes when I try to move the little guy, it won’t stick where I want him to which is frustrating. Also, when you give an extra 10 seconds after watching at least 60 seconds and sometimes two minutes of very repetitive ads, I have timed the 10 seconds several times and it came out closer to 8 seconds. Keep in mind that after the break in concentration for ads, it takes 2-3 seconds to refocus on the puzzle. If you could extend that time to 13 seconds, it would make the game much less frustrating and you will still have plenty of opportunity to play ads. I am going to download another simila

The game can be addictive, but the ads ruin it. If you’re like me and often get very near to solving the level but need 10 extra seconds, and don’t want to spend money buying gold, watching an ad doesn’t seem like too much to pay for those precious seconds. Super fun! Love tangle games. However, with the higher levels, have noticed significant issues with stretched cords without a way to release (because they are really not stretched) additionally the ability to make the climber “stick” to the open spot is unusually challenging and causes lists of wasted time-ultimately impacting success in the game. If you fix these the game would be great. Otherwise I feel like I am just being scammed to get me to pay for more time. I have been enjoying this game very much. I liked that you could watch an ad to get more seconds to keep playing your game. Each time you need to get more seconds, you would watch an ad and get 30 more seconds. Perfect! I decided to go add free knowing that I would still have to watch ads to get extra time. Fair enough. This game has real potential, I like the climbing challenge and I love the way you compete with other players and you always know where you stand in the race. I also like that the race ends each week and starts again. The only thing I hate is the timer. I never play games that have timers. Please at least give us the option to turn the timer off.
