“Very Disappointed with Winway.lk App”
I had a very disappointing experience with the Winway.lk app. I downloaded the app for the first time and bought lottery tickets using my debit card. The money was debited from my bank account, but no tickets appeared in the app.
Hoping it was a small error, I then topped up the in-app wallet and bought more tickets. Again, I faced the same problem.
On top of that, I purchased tickets on 25th May, and till now the app is not working properly. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it just keeps loading without any response.

I’ve experienced an error with this app money was deducted from my bank account, but the ticket I purchased never showed up in my wallet. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but never received a response. This app is a complete mess. Don’t download it you’ll risk losing your money for nothing

The app made a purchase and then didn’t show the tickets in my profile. Had to go trough customer service and then got a cash refund into the winway wallet but that cash is useless as It doesn’t work for purchase payments! Not sure if this is a huge scam!?

The app is awful, and the service is even worse. I've been trying to reach them for a week about a transaction that didn't appear in my wallet, even though the money was deducted. The 'Contact Us' feature doesn't work, the contact number connects to a mobile that's switched off, and an SMS I sent three days ago has gone unanswered. This is the worst app in Sri Lanka.
