The app is awful, and the service is even worse. I've been trying to reach them for a week about a transaction that didn't appear in my wallet, even though the money was deducted. The 'Contact Us' feature doesn't work, the contact number connects to a mobile that's switched off, and an SMS I sent three days ago has gone unanswered. This is the worst app in Sri Lanka.
