I had a very disappointing experience with the Winway.lk app. I downloaded the app for the first time and bought lottery tickets using my debit card. The money was debited from my bank account, but no tickets appeared in the app. Hoping it was a small error, I then topped up the in-app wallet and bought more tickets. Again, I faced the same problem. On top of that, I purchased tickets on 25th May, and till now the app is not working properly. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it just keeps loading without any response. My money and my luck have both been wasted because of
