Description
As an Orange Belgium mobile customer, MyOrange app allows you to:
• Closely monitor your consumption
• Consult and modify your tariff plan
• See your last 6 invoices and review the details
• Manage your payment preferences (method of payment and address for receiving invoices)
• Pay your invoices via a banking app or with your card reader
• Reload your prepaid card or that of someone close to you
• Shift from a prepaid card to a subscription in just a few clicks
• Activate, adapt or deactivate options
• Manage the tariff plans and options of members of your household included on your invoice
• Consult your advantages and accept your gifts available thanks to the Orange Thank You loyalty programme
• Add cards to your subscription for members of your household directly from the app
• Add an Internet or TV offer to your subscription
• Purchase a new smartphone and benefit from advantageous reductions by combining subscription + smartphone
• Find the nearest Orange shop
• Test the network coverage and speed of your internet connection
• Access FAQs, web forms and useful numbers for contacting us. We will be delighted to assist you!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Do not worry about your surf volume:
The use of the app itself is free in Belgium and abroad.
The use of third-party applications is not: the use of GPS for the localization of Orange shops and the payment or reloading via a banking app is charged as a surfing volume.
• Use via mobile network or Wi-Fi:
The My Orange app is accessible via the mobile network or Wi-Fi.
Connecting through the app with our 3G/4G gives you immediate and automatic access to the app.
Careful! For the automatic recognition to work, you may not use VPN or old proxy settings.
If you still need to enter your mobile phone number even if you’re using Orange's mobile network, you have to remove the proxy from the internet settings of your mobile device. More information at https://www.orange.be/nl/instellingen (Dutch) or https://www.orange.be/fr/parametres (French)
If you prefer connecting through Wi-Fi upon first usage after download or update, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number. The received SMS code will give you access to the app.

Shown data is purely informative and does not replace your invoice.

• The My Orange app has also been optimized for our B2B customers with a SHAPE tariff.
• Please contact your Fleet Manager if you have another business tariff plan. Together with the dedicated Customer Service we'll surely find a way to manage your consumption.

Nothing ever works
We have been customers for about half a year and had to call support at least 20 times, we constantly get overcharged or have issues, both technical, for moving and with accounts/invoices. Nothing can be done in the app because it is either not possible or it leads to error pages… going to be switching providers as soon as possible.

j’ai appeler pour un problème,je ne savais pas très bien expliquer j’ai donc passer mon téléphone a une amie , le monsieur lui a dit qu’elle ne disait que des bêtises alors qu’elle me demandait mes informations et le monsieur lui a dit d’un très mauvais ton de me rendre le téléphone et m’a ensuite raccrocher au nez et n’a au final pas résolu mon problème.

Verschrikkelijke service
Dan bel je in de plaats van je oma, die bij jouw zit om te vragen of er op haar nummer bepaalde nummers staan geblokkeerd omdat we bezig waren met een itsme account inorde te krijgen, leggen ze gewoon midden in dat je bezig bent af omdat ze blijkbaar denken dat we er mee aant lachen zijn? En dan leg je dat 10x uit aan een andere medewerker, zegt hij steeds maar zijn eigen mening? Wat verschikkelijk. Uiteindelijk hebben we dan zelf ondervonden dat ze die ook degelijk had geblokkeerd. Maar dat is toch zo moeilijk seg, even kijken of er bij die nummer iets geblokkeerd staat. !!! 😡😡😡😡 voortaan

Ik kan mijn mobiele internet al dagen niet activeren, hoewel ik veel geld had, elke dag probeer ik het te activeren, maar er staat dat er een fout is en dat ik de app opnieuw moet starten, ik zal absoluut geen oranje meer gebruiken omdat het netwerk nog steeds erg slecht is geworden sinds de nieuwe update

Abonnement illimité, 37€ par mois, finalement à l’étranger plus que 45GB, ok normes européennes, mais impossible de recharger puisque c’est soi-disant un abonnement illimité.
Au final la seule solution est de payer pour utiliser internet, et aucune aide proposée par le service.
Le client n’est pas roi le client doit payer et ils s’en foutent.

Geklikt op converteren naar esim en zowel fysieke simkaart als esim heeft geen bereik meer… Verschrikkelijk irritant aangezien ik mijn nummer vaak nodig heb om me bij verschillende diensten te verifiëren en omdat ik natuurlijk ook gewoon graag bereikbaar ben.
