We have been customers for about half a year and had to call support at least 20 times, we constantly get overcharged or have issues, both technical, for moving and with accounts/invoices. Nothing can be done in the app because it is either not possible or it leads to error pages… going to be switching providers as soon as possible.

That is the line I see most of all, often without any warning and while I’m in the middle of watching a tv show… very frustrating!
