Son unos estafadores compré 2 carry on en la app de Wizz te guían a tu vuelo y luego allí te dicen que debes pagar 73€ por cada carry on y además te agregan 16€ por cambio de vuelo aunque sea el mismo vuelo.. ni siquiera te cobran la diferencia.. te vuelven a cobrar el total del carry on y asiento separados con una niña… son de lo peor… solo te quieren sacar plata… y no te escuchan cuando le explicas las cosas te ignoran en todo momento… te informan mal.. SON UNA ESTAFA!

Nunca me apreció el check in en línea, llegué temprano al aeropuerto para preguntar y no me supieron dar respuesta y me cobraron 48€ extras por el ticket de embarque, es un ROBO TOTAL, nunca me había pasado algo así con otra aerolínea y vi que le hicieron lo mismo a otras personas, con lo que terminé pagando pude ir en primera clase con cualquier otra aerolínea, no que esa no tiene ni para conectar el teléfono durante en vuelo, JAMÁS volvería a viajar con ellos y si alguien sabe en donde puedo meter una queja formal les agradecería la información, ni descarguen la aplicación, no sirve para nad

A todos nos pasa que aveces se pueden llegar a perder las maletas , pero la forma que Wizz air tuvo de resolverlo , fue excelente . La maleta llegó a mi casa a 5 h de la capital justo hasta mi puerta . Puedo decir que la comunicación en todo momento fue muy clara ,concisa y lo mejor de todo que todas las pertenencias estaban intactas (incluso unas botas que estaban atadas a mi mochila ) afuera de ella . Tienen mil artimañas para hacerte pagar de mas, por ejemplo, para sacar el pase de abordar tienes que aceptar un pago de €3, pero no puedes avanzar si no pones los asientos y aunque ya había seleccionado 2 de los 3 para la familia, no me permitía elegir el tercer boleto entre los primeros 2 y al cambiar de fila tuve que aceptar un pago adicional y finalmente resultó que no puedo obtener el pase de abordar sino que hay que ir antes al mostrador de la aerolínea
