Nothing works
My card was charged twice because at the moment it was being charged, there was an error on the app and I had to go back to complete the process again. My payment did go through the first time, but I didn’t receive my check in, booking and ticket information, nor was any of it sent to my email. WIZZAIR also has the worst customer service. They charge you to call their contact number, and they have insane waiting periods, so it’s close to impossible getting ahold of them. I needed my tickets urgently so I bought them again.
