as a billiards player the does not have the same logic as the game irl because when i do the shots irl it always positions perfectly but when in the game it sometimes scratches or hides behind my opponent’s ball but when i try to not use any spin it goes to a bad position but if the other players do it its perfect and the guidelines are helping them to win and even if the cue ball is behind another ball they can still hit their balls because of the guidelines. can you pls make a ghost ball so and a line. I’ve always been playing this game to ease my stress. But now this game cant even remove cheaters. Pls improve this, DO BETTER. The feeling of being challenged makes me happy and rewarded with big coins, just LOSE to a CHEATER, THAT IS NEVER FAIR. I reported numerous cheaters and I still get to compete with one. With players cheating, it loses its essence of competition. I wish it was like before where all players are fairly playing without bots and programs for cheating. :/ AGAIN, DO BETTER AND ELIMINATE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FOR CHEATERS. IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEM!

Although the game is fun, the matchmaking has really been very bad. High level players (150+) are matched with players not even half their level. How would a player with lower skill levels even compete with higher skilled players who earn 100x the total winnings of the lesser player and have been playing for so much longer.

Ads shows up every 2 games ruining the momentum if you don’t purchase anything. Very bad matchmaking as well, I’m just a rookie barely surviving in the emerald league since I always get matched up with high levels (level 200 and up) that are currently in the diamond league. This feels like a waste of time, I’m uninstalling it.

Recommendation on game play
I suggest you guys enforce a 3 foul violation, just like in playing real life pool/billiards. I just played a game where I committed a lot of safeties and my opponent just waited for his to run out and that went on for minutes and I believe he committed 3 consecutive fouls. I let him win the game bcs it was time consuming. This is just unfair to us players

Bug or What?
Please fix this issue. I won during the wild west event and I couldn’t open my prize boxes. It happened twice already and it’s so frustrating. I’m supposed to get 4x cue pieces already but I haven’t gotten any and a message “Fail to open box.” appears all the time. I have very stable internet connection plus I have my data on while I was playing too, so I’m sure it isn’t because I have internet connectivity issues.

Matchmaking is doomed
What happen to this glorious game? I came to relax and install this again after long very years of not playing and decided to create a new account. I was being matched on people that has been playing for eternity having 200 levels above me at sometimes. I love the challenge but my coins getting doomed. I understand that I might be playing good to be matched on those guys but sometimes it is really frustrating being match to those people that will be just toying you that sometime feels even like a cheaters.
