Please fix this issue. I won during the wild west event and I couldn’t open my prize boxes. It happened twice already and it’s so frustrating. I’m supposed to get 4x cue pieces already but I haven’t gotten any and a message “Fail to open box.” appears all the time. I have very stable internet connection plus I have my data on while I was playing too, so I’m sure it isn’t because I have internet connectivity issues.
