Meta Business Suite

The site is helping with a greater understanding of how businesses connect worldwide. I don’t make money yet but I am really trying to stop walking everytime I need money my legs are suffering.

I appreciate the ability to post in one spot across Meta platforms, particularly the efficiency it offers. One thing I would like added to this app is the ability to choose the picture of my video to represent what I want. At the moment, the start of the video is the picture used, which I don't like.

Have been using Meta for quite sometime, love the feature where you can post both on the IG & FB platform together. Easy to use.

This new version is the worst,where is the appointment option to book manually for clients?it used to be the more menu , not it’s not there I’m seeing planner but that’s for events….please help 😩 I need to book appointments for my clients not everyone still has a fb account

It’s a great app packed with features to help you run your business.

Can’t listen to voice notes, can’t open pictures. What is the point?? Glitchy and extremely slow!! Was forced to go from the amazing Shopify inbox app to this garbage. IT IS SUCH A NUISANCE. I hope Shopify can re integrate their app to work with instagram and FB again!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 If I could give -5 stars I would!!

Really hate writing negative reviews but this app has gone downhill. I manage well over 20 social pages on fb and Instagram. I would usually schedule out all posts weekly which worked fine but not anymore. It’s gotten so bad now that a page I scheduled the post for was actually posted to the correct fb BUT also posted to the WRONG ig. Thankfully I picked up on it quickly and removed it but that’s very bad business in my mind. I’ve lost all faith in this app and see no need to keep it any longer.

I use my iPhone X to do publishing because as a entrepreneur, I am always on the move. The ease of posting to Facebook and Instagram is beneficial to me!

I love being able to schedule post but the dm thing upsets me

This app is the complete worst, you cannot even boost your ads because it’s restricted by apple.

This app never loads quickly, always crashing and messages don’t show up. Absolutely horrible and upsetting. If I could give this app negative stars I would!

Why does this app set the comment author to your personal account when answering comments on band pages?

I hate it I can’t even access my page messages

Pages app has the following problems : 1. I’m not receiving any notifications about new and incoming messages 2. Have to keep repeating sending the same message over and over sometimes not even getting to respond ! Very frustrating!!!

Access to the page is great but I have to crank my neck to the side, especially when trying to type a post whilst using my bluetooth keyboard with my iPad 6th gen

Really frustrated that they changed the basic layout of the message inbox. Please bring back a delete button so that unwanted messages don’t keep popping back up in the queue ..also notifications of unread messages keep popping up when there are none and it’s a pain sifting through inbox, done, unread and spam. Basic inbox with a delete and ‘read’ function is fine. PLEASE BRING BACK OPTION TO DELETE so we can clear the clutter..it’s hard enough with 3 inboxes to contend with. An inbox for comments is completely unnecessary as well. Messages only thanks.

My notifications tab says that I have unchecked notifications...however I have none unchecked...not sure why this happens!

Every time try to check items on my store I can’t open it it keeps saying unexpected error occurred. Please please fix this.

The app was updated yesterday I believe and ever since then every time I try opening the app it keeps closing off on me. This seriously needs to be fixed ASAP!!
