Meta Business Suite

I loaded money into Business Suite for advertising (~2000 ILS). After minimal spending, Meta suddenly restricted the entire account. 1700 ILS are still stuck on the balance. At the same time, hackers gained full access to my Business Manager, added themselves as administrators, and tried to charge my card repeatedly. Meta not only fails to protect users — they create perfect conditions for theft: block the account, trap the money inside, and provide zero proper support. I strongly warn everyone — do not use Business Suite or Meta ads for business. It is unsafe and dishonest.

The app itself for iOS is obsolete, unresponsive, difficult to navigate and generally not user friendly.

I use WhatsApp through the Business Suite to manage customer messages, and unfortunately I’ve been experiencing an ongoing issue: I do not receive notifications for incoming messages. When i schedule a video story theres a bug when its posted, like a jump cut.. very annoying cant use it for clients.

I’m experiencing a technical issue when scheduling Instagram Stories through Facebook Business Suite. When I upload a Story with music, the music plays on Facebook, but it does not appear on Instagram. I’m using music that is approved by Meta, but it seems there is a technical issue preventing it from appearing on Instagram. I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

The worst product of Meta, perennial problems, chat messages are duplicated when sending, then not sent and disappear. Terribly complicates the work. One problem after another!!!

Very unfreindly. Every time I have to learn from the start how to upload an add or a photo for an add. The help is terrible.
