Description

You have always dreamed of flying - but your wings are tiny. Luckily the world is full of beautiful hills. Use the hills as jumps - slide down, flap your wings and fly! At least for a moment - until this annoying gravity brings you back down to earth. But the next hill is waiting for you already. Watch out for the night and fly as fast as you can. Otherwise flying will only be a dream once again. Tiny Wings was chosen as the iPhone Game of the Year in App Store Rewind 2011 in Europe and many other countries.

!!! Atention !!! There is a weird bug in this update. If you download it Tiny Wings won't start. To fix this just change the date of your iPhone and start Tiny Wings once (or wait until tomorrow :). This will fix the issue. After doing so you can change your iPhone date to the current date again. You only have to do it once. After that Tiny Wings would start normal. I'm very sorry for that! Dreamlike masterpiece
I’ve been playing Tiny Wings since I was around 5 years old, and I’m 20 now. It’s been with me through so much, especially during high school. The game has so much to offer: beautiful map designs with colors and patterns that look like they came straight from a children’s book, music that creates a nostalgic atmosphere, and some pretty chill birds. These birds may have tiny wings, but they have big dreams.

Capitalism strikes again
This was without a doubt one of my favorite games ever. I got all the nests, even the extremely difficult challenges, and enjoyed trying to get gold in all of flight school. Upon booting up the game again, it has become mobile game slop. I'm deeply, deeply saddened by this. The game was never free to play (and I assume it still isn't), so adding so much junk to what is supposed to be a simplistic cozy game has crushed my heart.

Great and then not
Why is Apple charging monthly $7 USD to upload and play Tiny Wings+ I’ve purchased Tiny Wings over 15 years ago and recently again. It definately is fun but this time for some reason challenges stopped coming. I’m not entirely sure but I’d think there were more levels than this. I’ve been stuck on a level that 10 super jumps need to be made on island one which I’ve been trying for months more. Usually the game will expire and a new level will be available. Note it has stopped and also on the other challenges where you can earn stars on each island in the number of levels. I haven’t earned anyw

The Music Alone is 5 Stars
Tiny Wings was the first game I played on my cell phone. So simple, yet charming and fun. I started playing on my commute to school and fell in love with the music and colorful world Andreas created. Fantastic game, could work on the missions tho
Just prefacing that this is a game that has stood the test of time. I remember playing it a lot at least a decade ago. It’s just as engaging and fun as it was back then. This is perfect if you’re looking for a low-stakes, low-investment game that you can hop into at any time. It’s really nice to destress after work. I would like to make a comment that some of the missions are frustrating. The best part of the game is to get good slides and fly high. That’s the whole reason we play, and why it’s so satisfying. Great game minus audio issues
I absolutely live this game. Great aesthetic and smooth gameplay. The music and sounds are adorable and super nostalgic for me having redownloaded this recently after about a decade. My only qualm is that the audio is totally bugged out and doesnt work for me. Ive redownloaded and still cant get the music or sounds to play out of my phone speakers. Sound plays with headphones but no music, which was honestly why I downloaded it again after all this time. Please fix this?

Miserably terrible progression system ruins gameplay outright.
I have been stuck trying to clear island 4 in fever mode for probably six months for a singular insignificant achievement that will allow me to finally be able to complete different achievements again...There is no route around, or through this crippling design flaw. This has completely ruined my experience of the game and any sense of progression that I was getting with previous achievements. It’s an enormous problem, when the alternative to this game is Dune, which is free and has no issues like this. Classic Nostalgic Game
I’ve been playing this game since I was a kid after my older brother introduced me to it. I’m 20 now and still come back to this game. It holds a special place in my heart and I want to thank the developers for keeping it on the AppStore and even updating/adding to the game still to this day. The Actually Successful Cousin to Angry Birds
What a coincidence that there are two 2D round birds that can’t fly so they use an alternate way of flying, released around the same time on the same platform. This is one clever way of using 2D physics to the game design’s advantage with a simple input. So nice that Andreas kept updating this game after 2011 and even added lore (ooh!). It’s all just implied lore and no dialogue, though (and I like it that way).

Egg prices get insane, which I guess is realistic to real life lol, but also there should be a better indicator of how much time of the day that you have especially after increasing the duration, numbers with the dial would be ideal, but bros dies all that this is one of the very few games that have stood the test of time that you can still play even if you’re like me and first played this on you iPod touch 4th gen in highschool fantastic work dev, keep it up :)

Amazing game for chilling, great for all ages
This game has been close to my heart and a favorite for many years, next to Minecraft and Threes, for just general relaxation. Play a few rounds on break at work, when you come home, taking turns with your kids, etc. One thing that I will mention that took me a bit to realize, the perks in the new birds do not work in Day Trip Standard if they affect game play (bounce off hilltops, start with a super jump, speed coins are stronger, etc.). Not a big deal, but it would be cool if everything worked across the board, but I understand why they did it that way. FLY AWAY!

This game is amazing
I’ve had this game on and off since it came out and my goodness i’ve always loved it, it’s been one of my favorite ios games ever. It’s so easy and yet complex, and is so cute at the same time. Before the new update came out i STEADY played the race with the four little birds and maxed out all the islands, and never really played the normal daily bird. Transitions between islands are messed up not only because the bird doesn’t go as far into the island which is a huge error that I hope gets changed soon, but also there is a bigger cooldown on backflips between islands so the bird can’t flip as fast! Small thing but a downgrade for sure. Also ground contact physics feel different. Imperfect slides feel less punishing, resulting in perfect slides feeling less rewarding. Mainly design choices? Personally, I haven’t experienced any crashes (yet…) but I do notice some lag in the daily mode. Other than that, the game seems fine to me at least. My main complaints are about the designs of the new night mode, the bubbles, and the moon. I’ll start off with the moon because it’s throwing me off the least. Overall, the moon actually looks really cute! I was really excited to see we finally have a moon in place(unless we already did. I can’t remember). Amazing Update, but now it just crashes all the time
My wife and I love this game. We've had it since it first started. We were so stoked about the updates to today mode, but somehow, this latest version with the new iOS just causes it to crash. Separate Egg Stores!
I love the new update but the price for eggs is so high after collecting around 100 birds! I wouldn’t be that upset since I don’t have many left, but now it’s up to chance if you hatch a day bird or a night bird with my 5000 coins and I’d rather finish up the day birds before moving onto the night ones. I think the night birds should also start at a low price and gradually increase as the day birds do, which is why I think separate stores to buy eggs from is a good idea.

A casual iOS game that stands the test of time.
I purchased Tiny Wings way back in June of 2011 and it has remained one of my favorite mobile games of all time. It is a casual and satisfying game with a very easy learning curve, but can take time to truly master playing the game. The February 2025 feature update introduces two new game modes, and I’m all for it. It’s a much better way of earning coins to get new birds, instead of having to grind away with the same missions/islands.
