Description

You have always dreamed of flying - but your wings are tiny. Luckily the world is full of beautiful hills. Use the hills as jumps - slide down, flap your wings and fly! At least for a moment - until this annoying gravity brings you back down to earth. But the next hill is waiting for you already. Watch out for the night and fly as fast as you can. Otherwise flying will only be a dream once again. Tiny Wings was chosen as the iPhone Game of the Year in App Store Rewind 2011 in Europe and many other countries.

• fixed bug in the highscore system which causes several bad crashes (at the end of each game, when viewing the stats screen, rarely at the start of Tiny Wings...). !!! Atention !!! There is a weird bug in this update. If you download it Tiny Wings won't start. To fix this just change the date of your iPhone and start Tiny Wings once (or wait until tomorrow :). This will fix the issue. After doing so you can change your iPhone date to the current date again. You only have to do it once. After that Tiny Wings would start normal. I'm very sorry for that! maybe i’m wrong, but i’ve been playing this game for YEARS with some breaks… and i think after the most recent update, the game mode ‘flight school’ got way easier. it is no longer a challenge to complete an island, and to even get 3 stars on a bird. it takes me maybe an hour to fully max out a bird. it used to be harder, because i played not to long before the update and it was more of a challenge to progress in the game, which is what i loved most about it. it actually took skill and practice to beat levels. still love this game because of the nostalgia, but i'm disappointed.

I remember playing tiny wings years and years ago, when there was only the main teal bird, then competing with the new nestling birds when I unlocked those and upgrading the nests to ridiculously fancy colours. It warms my heart that the game is still doing well, and I can’t wait to see how things have changed.

I’m so happy (and surprised) to see today that Tiny Wings had an update available. The game is refreshed and looking really nice with a new coat of paint and some fun new egg challenges to chase. Andreas, thanks for continuing to keep this game updated and released through several new versions of iOS and on many different hardwares.
