The verification process takes to long and for two month contacting customer service and still unusable

I have already successfully made an account and did the verification. After that I put money into the account. But then my account suddenly asked for verification again and I’ve done it so many times already, still cannot get verified.

They suddenly freeze my account, theres 16000 RMB in it, i asked them how to unfreeze they just told me to call the police, and when i called the police the police said they have nothing todo with this, then i told the alipay customer service and they are not nice and give the same solution that doesn’t work, some of theri customer service even turn off my call without solving the problems and give any solution, i felt got scam.I more suggest you use cash or bank account i think its saver then alipay. And now my money still not back. All the customer service give the same solution its either c

Please make the deposit-withdraw service available for all. As previously I am using Payoneer mastercard, but recently they blocked my card because I paid to Lazada. So, basically they are trying to block if we buy from chinese company. That’s why I searched for an alternative and you popped up. So please make the feature available for international service, we are ready to grab Chinese payment system. Thank you.

Aku udh daftar akunnya tapi setiap mau verifikasi selalu gagal, di bilang alasannya karna ID number paspor nya sudah terdaftar,padahal saya baru pertama kali daftar :’), udah coba urus dengan CS nya tetap aj gk ada hasil, mala di minta masuk ke akun yg sebelumnya terdaftar dengan paspor ku, yaa gimana masa bisa” ny id number ak terdaftar di akun lain :’) , ada yang punya pengalaman serupa?

Yang hanya punya nomer dan passport indo tidak bisa membuat account,stak saat mengisi nomer passport (pdhl passport asli sudah di tangan),tanya customer service bilangnya cm "cant acces" “i dont know", kalau tidak bisa digunakan di Indo.saran please jangan muncul di store indonesia.saya ada bukti SS pembicaraan dengan cust service alipay,bukan asal ngomong.

I had some problem with the language.. please use more english in the apps feature

Please if want to use English, change all of the user interface ( display ) become English . Cuz I look it there are still some chinese meaning in there and as a foreigner it’s hard to read that such word

It said that My credit and debit cards are not supported to use this application. The registration process is not finished yet and i cannot use it. Even i cannot use the money my friend sent to me or transfer back to her

Waiting for fully english version of alipay. Make it available for international users like paypal.
