They suddenly freeze my account, theres 16000 RMB in it, i asked them how to unfreeze they just told me to call the police, and when i called the police the police said they have nothing todo with this, then i told the alipay customer service and they are not nice and give the same solution that doesn’t work, some of theri customer service even turn off my call without solving the problems and give any solution, i felt got scam.I more suggest you use cash or bank account i think its saver then alipay. And now my money still not back. All the customer service give the same solution its either c
