Hello Crunchyroll, this app is a decent streaming platform, but I suggest extending the library and adding new shows, and is it possible for you to return the free subscription, like 1 month free subscription, I think it’d be a good idea given the recent drama happening about the piracy sites.

I initially subscribed to cruncyroll to watch my hero academia to see season 4 and 5 only which was not available in any sites other then them as they stated before but after subscribing they said that due to licensing and regional issues it was not available which is wrong from there side , also other anime that I want to watch has no Dub which is also bad

Subtitle restriction
I subscribed to Crunchyroll expecting to enjoy One Piece, but the lack of English subtitles in my region makes it unwatchable. Restricting subtitles is worse than restricting the show itself, because it is technically available but impossible to understand. This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair to international users.

It’s amazing app for watching anime but there is a huge annoying problem:
At first couple days using it , it was great , good qualitys , all the episodes is downloaded. But, after a while , I noticed that every single anime I wanna watch is in VIP , literally every single show, even the shows that is not even important or popular is in VIP. Another problem which is not really important, the adds , 6 adds in a row every 8 minutes , that’s annoying. But still it’s the best anime app I’ve ever used tell now.

I have a mega fan membership and when i try to download episodes it says there has been an error. I checked my internet several times and even updated the app and still doesn’t work. another thing is the subtitle delay in certain anime’s such as eden of the east it’s so absurd and delayed that it doesn’t even make watching enjoyable anymore along with that I can’t even watch jjk without the all failing to load the episode every second. fix your website immediately please i’m so desperate.

Keeps buffering and won’t play properly; UPDATE: switching between data and internet
Tried playing an episode but it just Keeps buffering and it would not play properly. Reinstalling doesnt fix the issue either. UPDATE: while streaming avoid connecting to hotspots switching between internet and data. This could have been the reason. What fixed this issue for me is to forget/remove wifi and data hotspots registry, pick wifi internet access instead of data then reinstalled the crunchyroll app.

Could’ve been 5 stars, sad it’s not
This app is amazing and has the best quality, but sadly some of the anime episodes don’t make any sense. For example, I’ve already complained previously that Wano arc of one piece has all the subtitle languages available EXCEPT for English… which doesn’t make any sense. And to me that’s a deal breaker. I’m not sure if anyone else has this issue, but about a year ago I tried to contact support regarding this issue, and till now it still exists

Slow app and my account disappeared!
I subscribed to Crunchyroll multiple times, hoping it would get better… but it didn’t. The app is very slow, even with fast internet. Then one day, I opened the app and my account was just gone! I’m a paid subscriber and I still couldn’t log in — it acted like I never had an account in the first place. Honestly, this is frustrating. I’m paying to watch anime comfortably, not to chase a missing account. Please fix the app performance and the account issue, because right now it doesn’t feel worth the subscription.

I can see the anime
I am unable to watch anime for more than three minutes. Regardless of how strong my internet connection is, the video stops automatically or freezes. This issue makes it impossible for me to watch anything properly, and I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.
