I subscribed to Crunchyroll multiple times, hoping it would get better… but it didn’t. The app is very slow, even with fast internet. Then one day, I opened the app and my account was just gone! I’m a paid subscriber and I still couldn’t log in — it acted like I never had an account in the first place. Honestly, this is frustrating. I’m paying to watch anime comfortably, not to chase a missing account. Please fix the app performance and the account issue, because right now it doesn’t feel worth the subscription.
