Just booked a flight within their app and I had a great experience.

Cathay has been my preferred airline since day 1. Its fleet of aircrafts is modern, with updated entertainment systems. Cabin crews are mostly friendly and services they offer are good. The booking App is easy to use once you get used to it. Look forward to being in the air again with Cathay.

Full off bugs, time outs, and access errors. App and website will lock you out of your account for no reason and password reset or account unlocked can only be done over phone. WhatsApp chat assistance is useless.

This is my first time to using Cathay apps to buy ticket and choose seat. Very smoothy and no issue！ Better than our Canadian Airline.

I was on a flight from Hong Kong to Toronto on the 18th of January, Flight # CX 826, seated on 33 H in Premium Economy Cabin. Two servers that I had the pleasure of being served, were Miss Frances, the stewardess and Mr, Souhrid Ghosh the steward. I particularly noticed their courtesy, cooperation and care with a smile. I really felt happy vibes while they were around. Frances was noticed to be quick, fast, full of energy yet nibble on her feet and disturbed no one in the cabin with her quick movements. Souhrid was noticed with a smile at all times. All I can say is that they are doing justice

PressReader is doesn’t work , It was disappointing that I couldn’t get in after trying many times.

Cannot remember the login status, or username & password, and did not support passkey. Had to retype credentials even if you only leave the app for a short while, super annoying Cannot look up gate status of flights in the app Also, the offer of 2-day access to download magazines is great, but it did not seem to work with the reader app from Canadian app store. Downloaded both apps just for this offer and here comes nothing Please fix and update the app...

Why do I need to provide an area code from a drop down, type me phone number a number at a time and then provide a password EVERY SINGLE time I open the app? And then, when I'm in a country where I don't have cell service, how am I going to to receive a phone call with the number to log in? USELESS.

One of the most horrible app can not remember user ID or password, neither has face login function. I am sick of login in every time requires ID password. We are in 2025, not 1980s. There is a thing called technology!
